Silvia Mueller is one of the most remarkable and worthy persons I have ever met in my 72 years of life. Since she was poisoned at work over a decade ago, she has dedicated herself to learning everything possible about toxic chemicals and how to recover from their damage. I have known her since I first met her in Dallas, Texas, in 1997, and have seen her work tirelessly to educate and give help and support to those made ill by poisons, throughout Germany and all over the world. During my 2006 visit to Germany, she took me to meet Dr. Peter Binz, the neurologist, in Trier. He was under attack for diagnosing many persons who were injured by chemicals in their workplaces, and for treating them in the least toxic effective ways. Silvia Mueller worked effectively to assist him to continue in the practice of medicine. She has also created new information resources for educating physicians and other professionals seeking to knowledgeably diagnose and treat chemical injuries and sensitivities. As a physician who has worked in this area for decades, I recognize exceptional excellence, effort, and dedication. I strongly recommend that the Panzer Prize be awarded to Silvia Mueller and Peter Binz.
Sincerely yours,
