Hallo,

ich habe Euch unten eine Mitteilung einer Kommission aus San Francisco,
die für die Wasserversorgung der Stadt zuständig ist und für eine Sitzung aufruft, eingestellt.

Um Behinderten Zutritt zu dieser Sitzung zu verschaffen, gibt es bestimmte Anweisungen. Für Chemikaliensensible wird darum gebeten, daß alle Teilnehmer auf chemische Produkte verzichten. Chemikaliensensible können für nähere Auskünfte bei einer Hotline anrufen.

Wie gesagt, eine banale Sitzung, kein Umweltmedizischer Kongress oder ähnliches.

The CAC Water Subcommittee meeting will be held in the Conference Room on the 4th Floor of the SFPUC Offices located at 1155 Market Street. (between 7th & 8th Streets) The Conference Room is wheelchair accessible. The nearest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at United Nations Plaza and Market Street. Wheelchair accessible Muni bus lines serving this location are: 5, 6, 7, 9, 21, 66, and 71. Metro Lines are F, J, K, L, M and N. For information about accessible Muni services call (415) 923-6142.

The following services are available on request 48 hours prior to the meeting; except for Monday meetings, for which the deadline shall be 4:00 p.m. of the last business day of the preceding week: For American sign language interpreters or the use of a reader during a meeting, a sound enhancement system, and/or alternative formats of the agenda and minutes, please contact Suzanne Gautier at (415) 934-5753 or our TTY at (415) 554-3488 to make arrangements for the accommodation. Late requests will be honored, if possible.

Auch das Entertainment Commitee (Unterhaltungs-Kommitee) hat
eine MCS Regelung und verbietet Duftstoffe und Chemikalien
bei seinen Sitzungen.

Ein normales Meeting des San Francisco Recreation & Park Department (Ministerium zuständig für Erholung und Parks in und um San Francisco)hat eine Regelung, die es MCS Betroffenen ermöglicht an den Sitzungen teilzunehmen.

Das "Environmental Committee" (Umwelt-Kommission) bittet zu einer normalen Sitzung, ohne Duftstoffe und andere Chemikalien zu erscheinen, damit Menschen mit schweren Allergien, Umweltkrankheiten und Chemikaliensensibilität oder ähnliche Erkrankungen an öffentlichen Sitzungen teilnehmen können. Alle Teilnehmer seien deshalb daran erinnert, daß andere Teilnehmer gegenüber zahlreiche chemische Produkte sein können.
